Mental Health Matters

It doesn’t have to be Mental Health Awareness Week for us to focus on what’s so important amongst us – our mental health. This year’s theme is nature, encouraging us to get out and about and take in all the beauty around us. We must learn to take care of ourselves and this guide is an ideal reminder of what we can do to look after our mental and physical health

We are also encouraging you all to send in your photos of the beautiful nature that surrounds us. You can find nature wherever you are, you can connect with it using all of your senses and use its calming environment to lift your mood. Email with photos taken of the nature around you and share them with others.
