2023-2024 intake will be varied from the information already published locally
and on the school website.

In Year Transfers to Holy Trinity Academy 2024/25

If you wish to change secondary schools or you are moving into the area and wish to apply for a place at Holy Trinity Academy, please contact the Admissions Team at Telford and Wrekin Council to complete the In Year Transfer Form online.

Supplementary Information Form (SIF)

By 31st Oct 24 for September 2025 Start.

Please note that if applying for a Foundation Place, you must attach a copy of the child’s baptism certificate or a reference from your Minister stating that your child attends church regularly (ie; twice per month over the last 2 years).
Ideally, in the event of over-subscription for Foundation Places, please provide both the baptism certificate and the reference.
