Speaking Out

Back in March, some of our Year 10 students took part in the ‘Speak Out Challenge’, an interactive workshop designed to give students confidence to present their own point of view in front of others and to listen to, and understand the views of their peers. The workshop helped to develop skills in both speaking and listening.  Six students then went on to another stage of the challenge held in front of panel of judges and a much larger audience.  All finalists presented very well but congratulations to Rosalinda Kwafo-Akoto who goes on to the regional final on 18th June in the Chancellor’s Hall at the University of Wolverhampton.
