West Bromwich Albion Football Club played host to a number of schools this week, showing students what goes on behind the scenes in professional football. As part of the ‘Aspire to Higher Education’ programme, students from Holy Trinity Academy were given an insight into the many different roles and careers associated with the sport. They saw the WBA Football Academy in action which develops young players of the future and they heard from coaching, medical and marketing professionals, revealing just how many career opportunities there are within this high profile sport.
