START DATE: SEPTEMBER 2018

Due to rapid expansion of the school, the Governors of Holy Trinity Academy are looking to appoint a Teacher of Religious Education to join the Religious Education department of this vibrant new school. As a teacher, you will be a key part of the exciting journey of this department and the school in meeting the current and future needs of our students.

The Academy has a clear vision on its journey to place Holy Trinity as a beacon of educational excellence and have the Gospel values at the heart of the community it serves. Every detail of Holy Trinity’s distinctive character has been directed towards promoting the culture and vision of a Christ-Centred community focused on the experience of ‘life in all its fullness’ for each individual.

Lay Chaplaincy Volunteer

Would you like to be part of a team making a real difference in a local Secondary School?

Could you be available a day a week, or once a fortnight at lunchtime, and on other occasions (such as Parent’s Evenings) to be a positive presence in the School, available to talk to both students and staff, build friendships and be an encouragement?

We are looking for practising Christians who will relate well within a Secondary School Community to fulfil this role.

Telford Christians Together, the Anglican Diocese of Lichfield and the Roman Catholic Diocese of Shrewsbury are working in partnership with Holy Trinity Academy to introduce Lay Chaplains. This role fits perfectly with the ethos of the School and will play a vital role in helping the School continue to develop in its mission.
