In the last academic year and particularly during the Spring and Summer terms, students at Holy Trinity Academy set out to raise much needed funds for their House charities. Severn Hospice, The Brain Tumour Charity (in memory of John Lote), the World Wildlife Fund and Make A Wish UK were the charities chosen by each House. Fundraising events included the sponsored Wrekin walk, seasonal fairs, cake sales and the ever-popular non-uniform days (aka Mufti days). The students organised and participated in all these events raising a total of £2,000 therefore £500 has gone to each of these aforementioned charities to help enable them to continue the marvellous work that they do. Well done to all involved.
