Telford & Wrekin Council’s grant scheme for young people is now open and seeking applicants looking for financial support up to the value of £1,000.
The monetary award will support children and young people living in the Borough of Telford & Wrekin up to the age of 25 years old, who fall into one of the following categories:
- Education, Training and/or Employment
- Performing Arts and Culture
- Sports Programmes
The must be recognised as gifted, talented, exceptional or excellent by their teacher, professional worker or mentor. At HTA such students are identified as High Prior Attainment. Parents and Carers of High Prior Attainment students have been informed by letter. The panel is particularly interested in supporting children and young people who have overcome challenging circumstances to enable them to achieve their goal.
