Holy Trinity Academy (HTA) wish to inform you that the school admission arrangements for
2022-2023 intake and 2023-2024 will be varied from the information already published locally
and on the school website.

If you wish to change secondary schools or you are moving into the area and wish to apply for a place at Holy Trinity Academy, please contact the Admissions Team at Telford and Wrekin Council to complete the In Year Transfer Form online.

Admissions to Year 7 in September 2023/2024
Please complete the Supplementary Information Form (SIF) and return either by post to the School Office or via email to enquires@holytrinity.academy
by 31st October 2023.
Please note that if applying for a Foundation Place, you must attach a copy of the child’s baptism certificate or a reference from your Minister stating that your child attends church regularly (ie; twice per month over the last 2 years).
Ideally, in the event of oversubscription for Foundation Places, please provide both the baptism certificate and the reference.
